Missing Order form for Orders within the USA

Before submitting a report for a Missing Order, please be sure that you have completed the following steps:

1. Check your receipt to make to see if you pre-ordered something that has yet to be shipped.

2. Check the product page to make sure if you pre-ordered something that has yet to be shipped.

3. If you ordered an item that is not a pre-order and you chose a shipping option that includes tracking information, you will receive a notification via email once your item is dispatched. If you don't get that notification, please check spam or trash.

4) If you cannot find your shipping notification, and you ordered within the USA and your parcel hasn't arrived, the package may be held at your local post office. Please check there first.

5) If you paid for a shipping option that includes tracking information and the tracking info says that it is Marked as Delivered, but you haven't received it, please go to your local post office to see if it is being held.

6) If you paid for a shipping option that includes tracking information and the tracking info says that it is Marked as Delivered, but you haven't received it, sometimes a parcel can be delivered by mistake to a neighbor. Check with your neighbors if this might be the case. 

If you have completed these steps and your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us using the claim form below and provide us with the following info:

1. Order Number
2. Verify your Shipping Address
3. First and Last name
