Return Policy

Buddha Doodles Return Policy is designed to be as fair as possible. 

Return shipping fees for exchanges & refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where we’ve shipped the wrong item or something arrives damaged. If this occurs, Buddha Doodles will assume responsibility for return fees, but please contact us before shipping the item back so we can decide on the best course of action.

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    It can take up to 30 business days for a refund to be issued upon receipt of the claim in order to give our team the opportunity to investigate the issue to see if it complies with our return policy per our TOS.

    Return Shipping Address

    The return address is set by default to Prihtful Warehousing, our third-party warehouse facility. The return address appears on the shipping label used to send the item to you. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

    Wrong Address  

    If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed

    Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

    Size Exchanges or Buyers Remorse

    We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
