Lost in Transit Item form (outside the USA)

Before submitting a report for an Item Lost in Transit please be sure that you have completed the following steps:

1. Check your receipt to make to see if you pre-ordered something that has yet to be shipped.

2. Check the product page to make sure if you pre-ordered something that has yet to be shipped.

3. If you ordered an item that is not a pre-order and you chose a shipping option that includes tracking information, you will receive a notification via email once your item is dispatched. If you don't get that notification, please check spam or trash.

4) If you cannot find your shipping notification, and you ordered outside the USA and your parcel hasn't arrived, the package may be held for import taxes at the local post office. Please check there first.

5) If you received a shipping notification and you live outside the USA, your item may be held at your local post office for import tax.

6) If you paid for a shipping option that includes tracking information and the tracking info says that it arrived in your country, but you haven't received it, please go to your local post office to see if it is being held for import tax. We recommend being patient and going back to the post office two-four weeks after the estimated delivery time to see if your item is there.

6) If you did NOT pay for a shipping option that includes tracking information and the tracking info says that it was last in the USA, that is because you chose a shipping option that doesn't include global tracking information. Some carriers will track the parcel just until it leaves the USA.

Shipping to a country outside the USA can take up to four weeks. Please go to your local post office to see if it is being held for import tax if you haven't received it in the estimated amount of time. We recommend being patient and going back to the post office two-four weeks after the estimated delivery time to see if your item is there. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to the wrong house or apartment number.
